What is the recommended attire for boat excursions?

For boat excursions, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing, and of course a swimsuit and flip-flops.

What should I bring on the excursion?

We recommend bringing your personal belongings, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a beach towel. For evening excursions, we suggest bringing a windproof jacket or warmer clothing, as the temperature can drop after a day in the sun and sea.

Where do the excursions to Favignana and Levanzo depart from?

All excursions depart from Trapani, from the "Marina Vento di Maestrale" dock.

How early should I arrive before the excursion?

We recommend arriving approximately 15 minutes before the departure time, as specified in the excursion itinerary.

How far in advance should I book?

There is no minimum or maximum booking window for excursions. However, as excursions are in high demand during June, July and August, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your place on board.

Are the times listed in the excursion itinerary flexible?

The times listed in the itinerary are approximate and may be subject to change. However, we will do our best to keep to the scheduled times so as not to delay the excursion and to visit all planned locations.

Is swimming suitable for everyone, including children?

Swimming is suitable for everyone, but children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

How long does each stop last during the excursion?

The duration of each stop is not fixed, but they typically last 30–40 minutes, giving you the chance to take a refreshing swim and enjoy some snorkeling.

How many people can join the excursions?

Our vessel can accommodate a maximum of 12 people.

Are there life rings on board?

Our safety equipment includes a lifebuoy ring with a throw line. We also provide flotation aids for less experienced swimmers, such as floating tubes.

Is there a toilet on board?

Our vessel is equipped with a toilet.

How do you handle bookings in the event of bad weather?

If weather and sea conditions do not allow the excursion to take place in complete safety, it may be cancelled or postponed. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you and find an alternative solution, such as rescheduling the excursion date or issuing a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept for the balance?

The balance, due on the day of the excursion, can be paid in cash.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 7 days before the excursion date to receive a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made after this deadline are non-refundable.

What languages are spoken on board?

Our skippers speak Italian and English. We will be happy to assist you in your preferred language to ensure an unforgettable sailing experience.

Where can I park my car before the excursion?

Adjacent to the "Marina Vento di Maestrale" dock in Trapani there are paid municipal parking spaces, marked by blue lines. The parking meter does not give change, so we recommend bringing the exact amount in coins, which can be around €10 for the whole day. You can also pay for your parking ticket via the EasyPark app, which is very convenient and easy to use.
